Environmental Policy
We are proud to work with a fully end-to-end carbon printing partner. This means that they can minimize energy usage and use renewable energy suppliers. Where unavoidable, they offset all their carbon emissions by investing in renewable projects.
Shipping Policy
Print orders typically ship within 3 or 4 days. Once shipped, you can expect your delivery within 2 to 5 days in Europe and the USA. However, for the rest of the world, it will also depend on your country. You will be notified by email with a tracking number to allow you to follow your delivery.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
Returns
It's our policy that returns are only granted for products that have been damaged. Therefore, please notify us within 48 hours if your merchandise is damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it ( with the certificate of authenticity if applicable). It must also be in the original packaging.
Customs
We offer customs-free delivery to the UK, EU, and US. However, for the rest of the world, your country's government may apply additional taxes and duties. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
